B&B Career Consulting provides career consulting, executive narrative strategy, résumé and LinkedIn writing, coaching, workshops, and related professional services.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope vary by offer and will be outlined on the applicable sales page, checkout page, onboarding materials, or written agreement.

2) Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement.

3) Purchases, Payments, and Billing

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for your purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may update pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

For “apply-only” services, we reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

4) No Guarantees

While we are committed to delivering high-quality work and a premium experience, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed.

Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, timing, and your participation.

5) Client Responsibilities

To ensure high-quality outcomes, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your experience, goals, and career history

  • Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner

  • Review all deliverables for accuracy and completeness

You are solely responsible for the final accuracy of all documents and information you choose to use.

6) Confidentiality

We treat your materials, personal information, and project details as confidential.

However, confidentiality does not apply to information that:

  • you make publicly available, or

  • we are required to disclose by law or legal process.

7) Intellectual Property

Our Materials

All content provided by B&B Career Consulting—including frameworks, templates, worksheets, prompts, course materials, and written guidance—is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use purchased materials for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share our materials without written permission.

Your Materials

You retain ownership of the information you provide. By submitting materials to us, you grant us permission to use them solely for the purpose of providing Services to you.

8) Revisions and Deliverables

Revision availability varies by offer and is described on the applicable service page or onboarding instructions.

You agree to review drafts promptly and provide clear feedback. Delays in feedback may impact project timelines.

9) Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Late Arrivals

If your offer includes a live session, you are responsible for attending on time.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

  • Missed sessions or late arrivals may result in shortened time or forfeiture, depending on availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. If we reschedule, we will provide a replacement time.

10) Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional services and digital deliverables, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • completed services

  • partially completed services

  • digital downloads or delivered materials

  • missed sessions or failure to participate

11) Chargebacks

You agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to Services and may be disputed with documentation of work delivered.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B&B Career Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

13) Website Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • misuse or interfere with the website

  • attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • copy or scrape content without permission

14) Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

15) Modifications to Terms
